All God’s Children provides comprehensive care, treatment, and education to emotionally and behaviorally troubled, pregnant, and parenting teens and their children. We come alongside to help support various programs and needs of the center and the staff team.
Arbor Youth Services
Arbor Youth Services seeks to end youth homelessness by providing a safe and supportive environment to vouth who have suffered abuse, abandonment. or are at risk of victimization. CityReach donates volunteer hours and supplies to help keep the emergency shelter running and fully stocked to meet the needs of their clients.
CASA
Court Appointed Special Advocates come alongside children that are involved in ongoing domestic court cases. Quite often, throughout the child’s case, the foster parents, social workers, schools, towns, and everything else in the child’s life will change many times due to placement. LexCity connects volunteers and funding support to provide consistent advocates for these children.
City For The Nations
LexCity Church partners with City for the Nations to provide events and services to come alongside refugees in our community. City for the Nations exists to help people engaged in reaching unreached people groups near and far.
Community Action Council
Community Action Council prevents, reduces, and eliminates poverty among individuals families, and communities through direct services and advocacy. CityReach acts as an emergency response team to help homeless shelters and recovery centers set up new homes for clients that are rebuilding their lives.
Hope Center
The Hope Center is a center for men designed to care for homeless and at-risk persons by providing life-sustaining and life-rebuilding services that are comprehensive and address underlying causes. LexCity church provides recovery groups, transportation service projects, and support in partnership with ongoing Hope Center programs.
Lexington Rescue Mission
The Lexington Rescue Mission works to rebuild lives that have been broken by poverty. CityReach provides volunteers and supplies that help make the Rescue Mission happen.
Lighthouse Ministries
The Lighthouse Ministries physically, nutritionally, and spiritually serve the homeless and low-income community members. CityReach provides volunteers and much-needed supplies to support the ongoing programs provided in downtown Lexington.
Natalie’s Sisters
Natalie’s Sisters extends hope, support, and God’s unconditional love to sexually exploited women in Lexington, Kentucky. CityReach provides volunteers and supplies to reach out to women who come out of the sex trade industry.
The Nest
The Nest provides a safe place for education, counseling, and support to children and families in crisis. Our programs focus on preventing physical and sexual abuse, neglect of children, and the stabilization of the family unit. CityReach provides volunteers and supplies on an ongoing basis to help serve the needs of supported families.
Refuge For Women
Refuge for Women is a non-profit, faith-based organization providing specialized long-term care for women who have escaped human trafficking or sexual exploitation. With multiple locations across the U.S., Refuge for Women offers up to twelve months of safe housing, at no charge to the resident, with around-the-clock care as residents progress through evidence-based, trauma-informed programming. CityReach provides volunteers and supports the programs offered at home and for the staff that works there.
Woodhill Community Center
The Woodhill Community Center exists in one of Lexington’s most diverse and economically disadvantaged areas. Eighty percent of Woodhill’s elementary age students participate in the free or reduced lunch program. This is significantly higher than the state average. Additionally, this area is home to an increasing refugee and immigrant population. The Woodhill Community Center gives kids a place they can call their own… A place where they can find hope… Where they can feel welcome and safe… Where they can realize their potential to GROW, SUCCEED, and to LEAD. LexCity Church partners with the center by providing supplies and volunteer support to help the many kids programs happen.
